Common Requests
Track my order: once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Modify or cancel my order: please contact us as soon as possible. After approximately 10 hours from the time of purchase, your order is generally already being prepared and we may no longer be able to modify it or stop it from shipping. In that case, you may still return the item under our return policy, at your expense (see our return policy). Some orders are processed in as little as 30 minutes to 1 hour, so please do not wait.
Return or exchange: please refer to our return and refund policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
