What are the delivery timeframes?
To process your request, prepare your order, and ship it, here are our timeframes: we need approximately 1 to 2 business days to dispatch your order (Monday through Friday) and 6 to 11 business days for transit (Monday through Friday), for a total of 7 to 13 days.
Please know that we do everything we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
However, these timeframes do not account for possible strikes, delays in transit procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your package.
Please note that there may be a delay of 48 hours before tracking information appears for your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@bathroom-rugs.com. After approximately 10 hours from the time of your order, it is generally already being prepared and the address can no longer be changed. Some orders are processed in as little as 30 minutes to 1 hour, so please do not wait.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If possible, take photos of the package and the product (overall view, then close-ups of the damage) and contact us as soon as possible at contact@bathroom-rugs.com. Your request will be handled within 48 hours and you will have the choice of a refund, a store credit, or an exchange (see our Return and Refund Policy).
Please note that in some cases, in order to get your items to you more quickly, orders may be shipped in two separate packages. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have ordered multiple products and have any questions about this.
